Your Order

If we've sent you a shipping confirmation email, it means that your order is now on its way to you. You should receive your order within 14 business days (28 days for international). If after 14 business days (28 days for international) you still haven’t received your order then please contact us using contact details in your order confirmation email or on Contact us page on our website.

Making A Purchase: Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our site, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. You can check the progress of your order by login into My Account section of the website

We accept payments by Visa, Mastercard, most UK debit cards and Paypal.



When you receive confirmation of the order, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Delivery: Standard Delivery; UK deliveries are dispatched by First Class post using the Royal Mail 'track and trace' postage, International deliveries are sent by Airmail.

International Customers; if you would like your order shipped via a courier service such as DHL please contact us by email when you place your order. If a customs certificate is required for shipping we mark the goods as "music media".



Signed for items: 
Please note that customers must ensure that they are available to receive the goods. Royal Mail undertake to deliver to the correct address, but may accept the signature of a person other than the addressee. This will be taken as satisfactory proof of delivery. Simply Vinyl cannot accept responsibility for any items delivered to the correct address which have been signed for but not received by the addressee.

Tax Charges: All prices include VAT.

Credit Card Security: When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. Credit card details are never received or held by Simplyvinyl.com. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Returns Policy: We want you to be delighted every time you shop with us, so our 100% "no quibble" guarantee is very straightforward: If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, return the items in original condition. We will be happy to exchange or issue a refund. Returns and exchanges should be received within 14 days from date of order for UK customers and within 30 days for international customers.
